1. this model can size the diameter of the mouth of the bottles .

2. this model can blowing various bottles whose raw material is LDPE,HDPE and BOPP, PP. For example  motor oil bottles, detergent bottles and sauce boats .

4. this model has 3 parts: 65 extruding machine, 2 station reciprocating molding machine and PLC controller.

5. extruding machine : extruding by screw and heating by heating coil

6.The clamping system is controlled by pneumatic parts, extrusion system using a hard 

gear reducer and inverter .

7.The die head system adopts central incoming extrusion die made of No.45 steel, imported pneumatic valve and seal parts.

8.The 

control system consists of PLC and Human-machine interface and automatic temperature control.Timing by frequency conversion.
