1. The 6 station XY120-55 blow molding machines is a six station machine, and 

suitable for producing high quality container with medium output. 

2. It specializes in the manufacture 

of PE\PP containers of up to 1L, with from one to two die head, for use in the packaging of

  cosmetics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals,food, toys and auto-parts.

3. The clamping system is controlled by pneumatic parts, 

4. Extrusion system using a hard gear reducer and inverter.

5. The die head system adopts central incoming extrusion die made of No.45 steel. imported penumatic value and seal parts.

6. The control system consists of PLC and Human machine interface and automatic temperature control.

7. Timing by frequency conversion.

8.The Machine Can Produce all kinds of  PE Container, such as PE Bottles, PE Barrels, 

PE Kettles etc.
